What you'll Do
Located in Pittsburgh, PA, you will report to the manager on duty. You will:
- Genuinely connect and communicate with every Guest in your section and every guest that you interact with (even if they aren’t in your section)
- Effectively finesse the menu and communicate your vast knowledge and expertise about retro gaming, food, and bar menus with ease
- Go the ‘extra step’ to welcome Guests, and accommodate requests and suggestions
- Continuously ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience. In the event of a concern or conflict, you will immediately involve a Manager to positively resolve the situation
- Actively sell, manage, and maintain all retro gaming on offer

What you'll Do

Event Sales Manager
What you'll Do
Located in Pittsburgh, PA, you will report to the GM (although this may vary from time to time). You will:
- Actively sell the venue for large group bookings of 20 people to full venue buy outs
- Drive the budgeted sales target to the venue’s fullest potential
- Strategize lead generation and build the venue’s client base
- Work with clients to maximize their spend with a range of Food and Beverage packages with a gaming component included
- Manage our event bookings on an industry booking platform in order to effectively execute event contracts, plan and schedule events without error, and project future sales
- Coordinate with the operations management team the nuances of event BEOs, and plan the execution of group events
- Assist in training key individuals as Event Leads
- Works with Marketing on venue curated events

What you'll Do

- Consistently prepare ingredients, garnishes, sauces, etc. to spec

What you'll Do
